Terms of Use

TIL Radio Tune Challenge is operated by the Truth In Love Radio Network. By opening, playing, or hosting the game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play and host TIL Radio Tune Challenge as it is presented on this site, for non-commercial use. That license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the game or its music.

You agree not to:

• Record, screen-capture, download, rip, rebroadcast, or otherwise duplicate any audio or other part of the game. See our Music Rights & Licensing page.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, or use automated tools against the game or its clip library.
• Circumvent playback controls, signed audio links, authentication, or any other technical protection.
• Attempt to access staff accounts, the clip library, or any part of the system you are not authorized to use.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Posting a score to the weekly leaderboard is optional — you can play and host games without submitting anything. When you do post a score, you provide your first name, your last initial, and your email address. The leaderboard displays only your first name and last initial (for example, “Daniel W.”) with your score; your email address is never shown to other players.

Joining the station email list is a separate, optional checkbox on the same form. You may post a score without joining, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send.

You agree not to:

• Submit a score that does not reflect a game you actually played.
• Impersonate another person or use someone else's name or email.
• Use fake, disposable, or another person's email to post multiple scores.
• Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or rankings.

The Truth In Love Radio Network may remove any score, restrict an email address from future submissions, or take other action to prevent abuse at its discretion.

Accounts exist only for station staff and are issued by invitation from a Truth In Love Radio Network administrator. There is no public sign-up. Account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. Access may be changed or revoked at any time, at the station's discretion.

The TIL Radio Tune Challenge name, wordmark, artwork, page copy, design, and underlying software are the property of the Truth In Love Radio Network. The music heard in the game belongs to its respective copyright holders and is used under the licenses the station holds. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership or license in those materials beyond the limited right to play the game.

The game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular song will be available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Truth In Love Radio Network and its directors, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the game.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
