Privacy Notice

You do not need an account to play or host TIL Radio Tune Challenge. When you play solo or host a game, your round settings, team names, and scores are held in your own browser. They are not sent to us and are not stored on our servers. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.

If you choose to post your score to the weekly leaderboard, you will be asked for your name and email address. That information is sent to us and stored on our servers as described below.

When you post a score to the leaderboard, we collect and store your first name, your last name, your email address, your score, the game mode you played, and the date you played.

What is public: only your first name with your last initial (for example, “Daniel W.”) and your score appear on the leaderboard page. We do not publish full last names.

What is not public: your last name and email address are never displayed on the leaderboard or shared with other players. They are stored securely and are reachable only by authorized station staff.

The leaderboard shows scores from the last seven days. Raw records may be retained after that for a reasonable period to help prevent cheating and misuse. For the Daily Challenge, one score may be posted per email address per day.

When you post a score you may check a box to join the Truth In Love Radio email list. This is entirely optional — you can post a score and stay off the list.

If you opt in, your name and email address are added to our contact list in our email service provider (Go High Level), which we use to send station news, new music, and game updates. Every message we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

If you do not opt in, your email address is used only to enforce the one-score-per-day rule and is never added to the mailing list.

Accounts exist only for Truth In Love Radio Network staff who manage the clip library. For those accounts we store an email address and sign-in credentials, which are handled by our hosting and authentication provider. Where a staff member signs in with Google, we receive only the email address associated with that account.

This information is used solely to control who can upload and manage music. It is not used for marketing.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not run advertising or advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not record audio, video, or microphone input from your device.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children.
• We do not use your email address for marketing unless you separately request it.

If you are a staff member and want your account and its stored email address removed, write to us at the address below and we will remove it. If you have posted a score to the leaderboard and want your name or email removed, contact us at the same address and we will delete your submission.

If this notice changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of the page.
