Music Rights & Licensing

All music featured in TIL Radio Tune Challenge is the property of its respective copyright holders — the songwriters, publishers, artists, and labels who created and own it. Nothing on this site transfers or diminishes their ownership.

The music is used by the Truth In Love Radio Network under the licenses and rights the station holds. Truth In Love Radio Network is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining those licenses and for paying all applicable royalties, performance fees, and mechanical or other fees owed for the music featured in this game. Players, hosts, churches, and groups who use the game as presented owe nothing further for the music heard here.

Every clip in the game is a short excerpt, thirty seconds or less, made available for the sole purpose of gameplay inside TIL Radio Tune Challenge. Clips are streamed for play only. They are not offered as downloads, not offered for sale, and are not a music library or on-demand listening service.

Recording, screen-capturing, screen-recording, downloading, ripping, copying, re-hosting, rebroadcasting, streaming, performing publicly outside the game, redistributing, or otherwise reproducing any audio, image, screen, text, or other element of TIL Radio Tune Challenge — in whole or in part, by any means now known or later developed — is strictly prohibited.

Any such use violates the rights of the Truth In Love Radio Network and the rights of the underlying copyright holders in the music, and may violate United States copyright law.

Scraping, crawling for audio, automated or scripted access, circumventing playback controls or signed audio links, and bulk retrieval of clips or clip information are prohibited. Access to the clip library is limited to authorized station staff.

Churches, ministries, families, schools, and groups are welcome to play and host Name That Toon as it is presented on this site, for non-commercial gatherings and events, at no charge.

Any other use — including recording the game, broadcasting or streaming it, using it in a paid or commercial event, or reusing its clips or content elsewhere — requires prior written permission from the Truth In Love Radio Network.

Truth In Love Radio Network respects the rights of the artists it plays. If you are an artist, label, publisher, or rights holder and believe a clip should be corrected, credited differently, or removed, contact us at the address below with the song title, artist, and the nature of your request.

We review every notice and will promptly remove or correct any clip where a valid concern is raised.
